Dough

1 potato per person

grate potatoes
add milk (half and half)
salt
pepper
1 egg
flour

mix until wet

SaurKraut

oil
2 onions
clove of garlic
Add 1 can sauerkraut
(if too wet you can rinse and drain)
Cook for 1/2 hour

3 slices bacon
Fry bacon
Add to sauerkraut
Throw in boiling water
Tilt bowl and use spoon to scrap dough into water
Boil until the dumplings rise
Rise using a collinder
Mix with sauerkraut
