Notes:

  1. Noticed gass smell when floor was opened up in utility room. Called Nicor found gas leak near valve going to water heater. Replaced pipe and valve, raised valve so it is above ground
  2. T junction for water supply to sink was leaking.
  3. Cabinet had drawers on the left side and we needed to move the plumbing so not to interfer with the drawers.

Beadboard

My only complaint is the expansion and contraction that occur in hot and cold weather. When the boards contract in winter, there are gaps that are somewhat unsightly. But otherwise, with a good paint job, I think you'll be fine and happy.

I know exactly the program you are referring to. I have also been looking for beadboard tile. So far, I have found 2 places. The Tile Shop in Berkeley, CA (I think they have other locations as well). That is the nicest one I have found so far and it is pricey.

The other believe it or not is at EXPO - those upscale Home Depots. The variety there was made by SummerHouse Tile and it is the Summer White Collection. Both of the sources I found so far have plain and crackle finish. The crackle finish needs to be sealed after installation and then yearly. So I don't think I will be going with that one.
